Kinship care at the top! The Sunday Telegraph ;has broken the story that First-Lady-Elect Michelle Obama has recruited her mother, Marian Robinson (above, in an interview with the Boston Globe) 71, to move to the White House -- from Chicago -- and take care of her granddaughters, First Kids Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7. FEATURED GIGGLE

My four-year-old great niece was visiting my sister one afternoon when the telephone rang. While she talked with our Dad, the little girl played quietly in the adjoining family room. After a lengthy one-sided conversation, my sister asked her if she would like to say hello to Great-Grandpa. Without a moment’s hesitation, she replied, “No thank you, Nana. He talks too much.”
